Financial Analyst – FP&A & Strategic Finance

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst – FP&A & Strategic Finance will work closely with the CFO and executive team to improve financial forecasting, evaluate investment opportunities, and analyze operating performance.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across financial models, operational questions, and underlying business data, and will help the company better understand where performance is changing, why it is changing, and where capital and resources should be deployed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Approximately 2+ years of relevant analytical experience in FP&A, investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, financial consulting, business analytics, accounting, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and business economics
• Experience with SQL preferred; must be comfortable working with databases and learning to query data
• Ability to analyze large or imperfect datasets and identify meaningful business trends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining an understanding of the larger business picture
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the operational drivers behind financial results
