Director, GTM Portfolio

Role Overview

The GTM Portfolio Lead is responsible for the commercialization, positioning, portfolio strategy, and market adoption of Rakuten Symphony’s telecom software and platform portfolio. Operating at the intersection of Product Management, Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Regional Sales, this role ensures that product investments translate into scalable revenue growth, differentiated market positioning, and repeatable customer success.

What You Will Do

Define portfolio priorities aligned to market demand and company growth objectives. Develop commercialization plans for Open RAN, OSS, AI Operations, Cloud, and Automation solutions. Identify growth opportunities, portfolio gaps, and emerging market trends. Support pricing, packaging, and solution bundling strategies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience spanning Product Management, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, GTM Strategy, Telecom Technology, or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of telecom networks, OSS/BSS, cloud-native architectures, and automation platforms.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and market differentiation.
• Experience working across product, engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
