People Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The People Operations Specialist role is the operational backbone of the People function at Range. You will own the employee lifecycle experience, manage day-to-day HR operations, and act as the primary internal owner of our PEO relationship.

What You Will Do

Own onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, manage timesheet and payroll inputs, serve as the primary owner of HR systems, data accuracy, reporting, and audits, and maintain and improve HR documentation, policies, and self-service resources.
