Rasa is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their marketing team. The role involves designing and running experimentation-driven campaigns across the full customer funnel, using data to identify what’s working, scale it, and cut what isn’t. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of experience in B2B startup marketing, a strong foundation in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing, and exposure to other subfunctions.
Requirements
- Design and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Use AI tools, workflows, and agents to extend capabilities and scale output
- Develop a deep understanding of the audience and market to guide positioning and campaign priorities
- Collaborate across product, sales, customer success, and leadership to align on priorities and improve conversion rates
- Owning key growth metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution
