Director, Product Operations

Role Overview

The Director, Product Operations leads the operational backbone of RBC’s Vulnerability and Exposure Management function within the Cyber Technology Office. This role is responsible for delivery governance, cross-organizational dependency management, and intake prioritization across a portfolio that includes an enterprise vulnerability management platform, a risk-based prioritization framework, and executive reporting capabilities.

What You Will Do

Delivery Governance: Establish and maintain the operating model that ensures predictable, accountable delivery across the product portfolio. Dependency Management: Identify, track, and resolve cross-organizational dependencies that constrain platform progress and data onboarding. Intake Prioritization: Manage the intake process for non-roadmap requests, ensuring work is evaluated, prioritized, and either committed or declined with clear rationale.
