Role Overview

Lead and develop a sales team, drive growth and profitability, and build customer relationships in the assigned territory.

Lead, coach, and develop sales team members, conduct ride-alongs, recruit and train new team members, build customer relationships, and monitor regional performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of equipment sales leadership or management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Knowledge of heavy equipment sales and financing programs
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel frequently
  • Ability to climb on and operate heavy equipment
