Role Overview
Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the District Sales Manager leads a group of Account Sales Managers responsible for in-store execution for a set group of essential customers. The role involves driving sales volume, tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and coaching/developing the team.
What You Will Do
Establish sales/KPI targets, oversee monthly indicators, maintain regular communications with retail partners, and conduct route rides to train and evaluate Account Managers. Teach selling skills, conduct meetings/workshops, and ensure the team follows standards and operating procedures.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
- Experience supervising a team of account sales professionals
- Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
