Role Overview
Manage a team of sales representatives, develop and execute business plans, and ensure achievement of KPI targets in a specific territory. Work closely with other departments and develop people within the team.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute business plans, manage KPI targets, ensure promotional execution, and manage field sales tools and data. Train and develop team members, and foster strong inter-department relationships.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in team management
- More than 3 years’ experience in FMCG sector
- Leadership, motivation, and team skills
- Clear understanding of the market’s sales & distribution, competitor activity as well as consumer behaviour in FMCG context
- A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends
- Middle/High Studies (business, marketing or similar)
- Fluent English written and spoken (mandatory)
- Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) skills and experience with Field Sales tools
- Very high negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
