Role Overview

As a Revenue Growth & Strategy Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to Reddit’s senior Sales leadership, helping to shape commercial strategy and translate priorities into scalable operating models. You will lead high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution, building scalable solutions that improve how Reddit goes to market and drive long-term business growth.

What You Will Do

Your core responsibilities will include serving as a trusted thought partner to Sales Leadership, advising on Reddit’s highest-priority commercial opportunities and challenges, and translating strategy into execution through the design and evolution of operating models, governance, and execution frameworks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, Product Strategy
  • Advanced proficiency in data manipulation (e.g., Google Sheets/Excel)
  • Comfort with data infrastructure
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex business problems
  • Demonstrated ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operating models
  • Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial judgment
