Role Overview
The Business Development Representative is the go-to execution partner for our sales and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and energized by fast-paced work, and who wants to grow inside a company where creative spectacle meets real revenue.
What You Will Do
Research and build outreach lists to target prospective clients, execute outbound campaigns, qualify inbound leads, manage HubSpot CRM, build executive briefing documents, conduct industry research, and generate weekly pipeline and activity reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous sales, business development, or marketing experience is a plus
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is highly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Apple Keynote presentation design
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist (or similar), and AI tools for sales productivity
