Deal Desk Lead

Role Overview

The Deal Desk Lead will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, Legal, and Operations to get deals done, from working through commercial terms and agreements to signature, account setup, and the first invoice. The role involves owning the day-to-day deal desk operation, maintaining and improving automation, and building new integrations as products, pricing, and deal volume evolve.

What You Will Do

The Deal Desk Lead will review pricing, commitments, discounts, and payment terms, identify exceptions, recommend a path forward, and drive decisions with approvers. They will ensure each deal has the right agreements and attachments under the contracting playbook, partner with Legal on customer redlines and non-standard agreements, and own the handoff from signature to a working account.

They should have strong business judgment, understand commercial agreements, and be comfortable configuring business systems and troubleshooting workflows.

  • hands-on experience with CRM and billing systems (Salesforce / Metronome / Stripe)
