Manager, MarTech Architecture & Engineering

Role Overview

The Manager, MarTech Architecture & Engineering serves as the senior technical leader for the Marketing Technology ecosystem, combining architecture leadership, engineering people leadership, and strategic business partnership.

What You Will Do

Define, maintain, and evolve MarTech architecture standards, lead architecture reviews, and drive platform modernization, optimization, and technical debt reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 10 + years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, marketing technology, or related technical disciplines
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, engineering organizations, architecture functions, or technical programs
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-based technologies
• Experience working across multiple MarTech platforms such as Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, CRM, Analytics, Web Technologies, or Customer Engagement Platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical strategies and execution plans
• Experience leading architecture reviews, governance processes, and technical decision-making
