Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across Latin America (LATAM). Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities in the HRTech space, helping build a strong foundation for revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts across LATAM markets. Execute outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to generate qualified opportunities. Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with growth targets.

Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting
- Proven success generating pipeline through outbound efforts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
- Ability to manage high outreach volumes while maintaining quality
- Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement tools
- Fluent English (C2 or equivalent); Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
