Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for responding to outbound leads and inquiries, sourcing new sales prospects, and clearly communicating Remote’s value propositions to prospects. You will work asynchronously and be empowered to take ownership and be proactive.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to leads, engaging with prospects, and qualifying them for sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for educating and developing prospects, creating target prospect lists, and penetrating key accounts.

Requirements
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools
- Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Able to think strategically and tactically
- Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables
- Self Starter. proactive and brings new ideas to the team
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
- Writes and speaks fluent English
- Proficiency in Korean
