Role Overview
The Senior Deal Desk Specialist will own complex, high-value deals end-to-end at a fast-growing global SaaS company. The role is 50% execution, 50% strategic, requiring deep CPQ and commercial expertise combined with real influence on how the Sales organization closes deals.
What You Will Do
The Senior Deal Desk Specialist will own complex, non-standard deals end-to-end, apply commercial judgment on discount approvals and pricing exceptions, and build and maintain complex quotes in CPQ.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in an Enterprise SaaS/B2B company
- Deep expertise in CPQ quoting
- Strong Salesforce proficiency
- Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, revenue recognition principles, and order management
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume Deal Desk queue without compromising quality
- Commercially minded, with a track record of balancing Sales velocity with deal integrity across complex and non-standard situations
