Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

Support and optimize go-to-market processes across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success. Maintain Salesforce data integrity, manage lead lifecycle processes, and develop reporting and dashboards.

Manage lead lifecycle process, maintain Salesforce data quality, partner with Marketing to analyze campaign performance, and develop reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related analytical role
• Experience working extensively in Salesforce CRM, including reports, dashboards, and data management
• Experience with Salesforce-integrated tools such as ZoomInfo, RingLead, Sales Engagement, or similar applications
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting business performance metrics
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis techniques
• Experience using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Sisense, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Experience working with data warehouses, data lakes, or SQL is a plus
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience supporting data governance initiatives or establishing data quality standards is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field preferred
