Senior Director, Revenue Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Director, Revenue Operations will lead the revenue engine behind Replicant’s Agentic AI platform, partnering closely with the SVP of Sales and CFO to own the operating model, forecast, pipeline, comp, capacity, and capacity. The role requires a thought partner to the SVP of Sales and CFO on all aspects of revenue operations, including forecasting methodology, incentive plan design, pricing and packaging, quota, capacity, and productivity.

What You Will Do

The Senior Director, Revenue Operations will design the architecture that makes the GTM systems tell one consistent story, build the AI-assisted reporting layer that turns that story into a decision, and grow RevOps from one analyst into a team.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations, including 3+ at Director/Senior Director/VP level
• Forecast ownership: you’ve defended a number to a board, not just built the model someone else defended
• Comp plan design, quota setting, and territory and segmentation experience
• A track record of consolidating multi-system GTM data across CRM, conversation intelligence, and enrichment tools
• People leadership, including developing analysts into more senior operators
