Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team with various day-to-day activities, such as preparing dashboards, reporting, and CRM support. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. The Specialist will work with stakeholders to resolve issues, analyze sales data, and provide pricing and contract support to the sales team.

The Sales Operations Specialist will perform tasks such as writing analytical copy, ensuring data integrity, working with SMEs to collect and maintain CRM materials, and organizing data to enhance sales force productivity. The role also involves monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators, and ensuring sales process adoption and compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience organizing and supporting a diverse group of contributors and stakeholders
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat, along with proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite applications (PowerPoint and others), Salesforce, Power BI, and others
• Effective organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Excellent analytical capabilities as well as strong commercial acumen
• Ability to gather and analyze data and generate reports
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders from all levels of the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
