Senior Sales Operations Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for improving sales processes, owning key cross-functional sales support processes, and driving sales efficiencies through tech stack optimization.

Design and implement scalable sales processes and systems, collaborate with sales leadership and other departments, and develop and distribute key metrics to enhance AE/CMS productivity and leadership visibility.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Leadership, or Business Process Engineering
• Experience managing operations across multiple global offices
• Experience with CRM systems and sales methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management capabilities
• Financial Acumen: Solid financial understanding and skills
