Role Overview
Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team responsible for Resideo Comfort and Security product sales. Hire, manage, and retain top sales talent and develop a culture of double-digit growth. Partner with sales leadership to shape budgets and selling plans.
What You Will Do
Manage a team of Outside Sales Reps, set strategic selling direction, lead customer relationship management, and steward company sales goals. Identify gaps in Sales team performance and provide mentorship to improve areas of opportunity.

10+ years of direct sales experience in B2B/two-step distribution, sales experience in HVAC/Comfort, security, and smart home/IoT industries. Proven ability to drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and manage ambiguous, complex situations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct sales experience in a B2B/two-step distribution organization
- Sales experience and knowledge in relevant industries (HVAC/Comfort, security, hydronics, smart home/IoT)
- Proven ability driving a culture of data-driven decision-making with respect to customer sales
