Role Overview

The Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist will strengthen Revvity’s digital marketing capabilities across Latin America while providing operational marketing support. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who can translate global strategy and content into high-quality in-market activation.

What You Will Do

The role requires executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, localizing campaign messaging, building and deploying email campaigns, and supporting SEM/paid media optimization.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, regional marketing, or a related discipline, with fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish, and strong English communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, regional marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience executing measurable digital marketing programs across email, social media, SEM/paid media, web, or related channels.
• Experience managing operational marketing activities such as events, vendors, agencies, budgets, procurement, or sales support.
• Excellent copywriting, localization, and content adaptation skills for diverse audiences and channels.
• Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish, with strong professional English communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using marketing automation, CRM, reporting, or analytics tools to measure performance.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive execution in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales and global marketing teams.
