Role Overview
Lead and drive the sales performance of real estate projects, developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and strengthening relationships with brokers and marketing partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales
- At least 3 years of experience in managing off-plan sales projects
- Proven track record in successfully selling residential and mixed-use developments
- Strong network of relationships with brokers, real estate marketers, and agencies within the Saudi market
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities
- Experience in developing sales plans and monitoring KPIs and sales performance metrics
