Role Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at RIB, you will play a central role in sales and actively shape our market success. You will combine strategic thinking with operational sales strength and be the first point of contact for our customers.

What You Will Do

Drive the acquisition of new business opportunities, build sustainable customer relationships, and support companies in digitalizing their processes through our innovative software solutions.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will design and implement regional measures/sales concepts and implement them, conceptualize and implement regional activities (webinars, on-site events,…), and participate in centrally controlled events and trade fairs.

Requirements

  • First experience in direct sales, ideally process-oriented software solutions (ERP sales, SaaS models,…)
  • Industry knowledge within the construction industry and experience with building-related processes
  • Strong interest in digitalization topics (digital working methods/ processes)
  • Excellent communication and closing skills combined with a strong customer orientation
  • Team player who aligns goals and visions with other departments and implements them with added value for our customers
