Role Overview
As the Manager, Sales Development, you will grow and lead a team of sales development representatives to deliver qualified leads and support ANZ sales goals. This role is a key contributor in building and executing a sales development plan to hit company lead targets.
What You Will Do
Manage, lead, and support a team of sales development representatives to over-achieve assigned lead quotas, collaborate with sales and marketing management team to build outbound prospecting campaigns, and define and deploy best practice prospecting methodologies and processes.

Requirements
- 7+ years of technology related sales or business development experience
- 7+ years of sales management experience selling enterprise solutions
- Experience leading a team of sellers focusing on enterprise accounts
- Sales experience including carrying a quota as an individual contributor
