Role Overview

An Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for learning how to manage and grow customer accounts primarily through phone and email communication, in preparation to becoming an outside sales Account Manager. The role focuses on developing skills in sales, customer relationship management and product knowledge.

Key activities include lead qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation and closing sales opportunities. The role also involves developing a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services, as well as participating in the full sales cycle.
