Role Overview
The Marketing Automation Manager will own and manage the day-to-day operations of HubSpot, including workflows, email campaigns, lead scoring, list segmentation, and reporting. They will design and execute marketing automation strategies across the full funnel (acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation).
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will develop and maintain nurture programs, drip campaigns, and triggered email flows. They will collaborate with content, digital, and demand gen teams to align messaging and timing across all channels. They will also ensure data integrity using HubSpot and 3rd party tools.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in marketing automation, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in HubSpot. They will have a proven success managing complex automation workflows, lead scoring, and email marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing
