Revenue Growth & Operations Associate

Role Overview

As an Associate within RSM’s Revenue Growth & Operations Management Consulting practice, you will support project teams that help Life Sciences organizations solve complex business and operational challenges. You will work alongside experienced consultants and leaders in a collaborative, fast-growing, and agile environment, gaining exposure to a wide range of client engagements across the Life Sciences value chain.

What You Will Do

Support client assessments, develop recommendations and implementation plans, create and maintain client deliverables, participate in client meetings, and communicate effectively with internal engagement teams and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, accounting, or related discipline
• 1+ years of professional consulting experience, relevant Life Sciences industry experience, or adjacent professional field experience
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
• Client-service mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Advanced English proficiency
• Experience in team collaboration
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Advanced written, verbal, and presentation skills
