Manager, FP&A – MCE V2500

Role Overview

The Manager will oversee and engage in a wide range of contract management, including contract estimate at completion (EAC) and variance analysis, supporting cash collections process, customer proposals and analysis, and controls and compliance. The Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager of V2500 Aftermarket Finance and will provide critical financial support to the Finance leadership and CFT team.

What You Will Do

Calculate and analyze contract estimates at completion (EACs) for multiple fleet management contracts in the V2500 engine portfolios. Prepare and present all financial analysis related to the contract EACs to P&W CFT and external auditors.

The Manager will work closely with the fleet manager for each of their respective contracts and work effectively within a cross-functional team from Engineering, Customer Management, Sales, and Operations Analytics.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8+ years of applicable work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a Commercial Aftermarket or Financial Planning and Analysis organization or long term contract accounting
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization, and have a familiarity with multiple financial systems such as SAP
