Role Overview
As a Rental Sales Account Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic team, equipped to succeed and empowered to develop your sales career. You’ll be responsible for developing leads, assessing customer needs, and developing proposals. You’ll also be responsible for marketing at the branch level and ensuring that rental sales representatives are skilled in telemarketing to prospective customers and current customers.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sales development, customer retention, and time administration. You’ll be responsible for maintaining contact with customers, ensuring quality service, and handling customer complaints. You’ll also be responsible for proposal and contract development, maintaining customer files, and coordination with other departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or 5 years equivalent job-related experience
- One year or more sales experience or equivalent sales training
- Three years or more sales experience preferred
- One year or more Industry experience preferred
