Role Overview
This position will be responsible for developing sales strategy and driving sales growth across all product lines within the DMV Territory. The Senior Sales Manager will work with key stakeholders to establish and develop relationships, drive sales growth, and support industry trade shows.
What You Will Do
Identify customer program requirements, establish relationships with key stakeholders, drive sales growth, and support industry trade shows. Develop and execute territory plans, manage accurate sales forecasting models, and communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the aerospace and defense industry is required. Prior military experience and intimate knowledge of US Defense industry preferred. The ability to obtain an active security clearance is also preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in the aerospace and defense industry
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a concentration in Business or Engineering
- Prior military experience and intimate knowledge of US Defense industry preferred
- Ability to obtain an active security clearance
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
