Role Overview

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you will create a memorable shopping experience for customers, assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and provide product recommendations. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment and be responsible for building relationships with customers, maintaining a professional store environment, and communicating inventory issues.

What You Will Do

You will assist customers with their beauty needs, recommend products, inform customers of promotions and events, set up advertising displays, and complete transactions accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned
