Role Overview
Samsara’s Sales Enablement team equips our sellers with the skills, knowledge, and content they need to deliver differentiated value to customers and meet ambitious revenue goals. The Manager, Sales Enablement – Learning Design will lead the Learning Experience Design (LXD) and Content Developer team, setting the strategy and quality bar for how Samsara designs, builds, and delivers learning experiences and sales content.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of Learning Experience Designers and Content Developers, develop end-to-end execution plans for learning experiences and content, partner with sales leadership and subject matter experts, and manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of learning and content requests.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, or sales enablement
- 3+ years of experience managing an L&D or instructional design team
- Proven experience building scalable learning programs and content for a sales or customer-facing organization
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience hiring, coaching, and developing individual contributors
- Direct experience with Articulate, Absorb (LMS), Showpad (CMS), Jira (Project Management), Claude (AI-assisted content development), and knowledge management systems (KMS)
