Role Overview
This role leads our Inside Sales team of 8 Mid Market Account Executives selling into the UK&I market, helping expand our business and grow our customer base. You will mentor, coach, and develop Senior Account Executives, support deal progression, and coordinate with Marketing/Growth and Account Development leadership.
What You Will Do
Mentor, coach, and develop Senior Account Executives, support deal progression, coordinate with Marketing/Growth and Account Development leadership, work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Finance, and Order Operations, identify opportunities, and lead initiatives to grow the business across the UK&I market.

Requirements
- 6+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years managing a team (preferred)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and MEDDIC/MEDDPICC
- Strong strategic problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Proven track record of overachievement, including experience coaching a team on outbounding
- Experience with a Proof of Concept or Trial sales motion
- Comfort giving upward feedback
