Role Overview

The Director of Sales Systems & Enablement will be responsible for the strategic direction, implementation, and ongoing support of the sales technology stack, with a central focus on Salesforce. This role will drive sales productivity by ensuring the sales team has the tools, data, and training necessary to maximize their effectiveness.

What You Will Do

Salesforce Administration & Integration, Sales Technology Evaluation, Automation & Workflow Development, Data Management & Reporting, Sales Enablement Program Development, User Support & Training, Collaboration with IT, Troubleshoot and resolve database issues and bugs

7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a comparable role with a strong technical focus, Extensive experience with administering and customizing Salesforce, Proven track record integrating Salesforce with other sales and marketing tools, Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices, Excellent communication and training skills, Salesforce certifications preferred

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business or equivalent practical experience with 20+ years or a Master’s with 18+ years
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a comparable role with a strong technical focus
  • Extensive experience with administering and customizing Salesforce
  • Proven track record integrating Salesforce with other sales and marketing tools
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
  • Experience with data science tools, (e.g. Python, R)
  • Experience with on-premise database management and warehousing
  • Korean language is a plus
