Technical Account Manager, DRAM Business Enablement

Role Overview

The Technical Account Manager, DRAM Business Enablement will manage customer selection of Samsung for DRAM-based memory solutions, drive the lead supplier position for design-in and qualification, and foster deeper engagement and relationships. The role will interact with multiple internal stakeholders to maintain alignment with customer objectives and support various DRAM products.

What You Will Do

The Technical Account Manager will support datacenter, PC, and consumer DRAM products, enable various DRAM products, understand customer requirements, and work with Samsung HQ in Korea to provide solutions and suggestions. The role will also control and follow up on PCN, organize QTR, and align technology roadmaps and market overviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related Engineering field
• 10+ years experience with the corresponding industry experience or Master’s degree with 8+ years or a PhD preferred with 5+ years
• Familiarity with DRAM memory design, architecture, or system architecture
• Background in Signal Integrity/Power Integrity (SI/PI) and timing measurements
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, fab processes, and advanced package technology
• Solid experience in supporting DRAM memory products
• Prior experience in semiconductor technology or the memory field with customer-facing responsibilities
• Customer support experience for DRAM products
• Leadership skills for driving customer enablement strategies and debug activities
• Professional fluency in Korean and English
