Role Overview
We’re looking for a Canada National Account Manager, Sales Development to join our sales team based in Milpitas, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic national accounts in the Canadian market while driving sales development initiatives.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned national accounts in Canada, manage the full sales cycle for enterprise-level accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at national accounts, and analyze customer needs and customize solutions that align with their business objectives.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in national or enterprise account management
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale accounts and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of sales development processes, pipeline management, and account-based selling methodologies
- Advanced proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools for data-driven decision making
- Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex customer requirements and develop customized, strategic solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, customer success)
- Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and comprehensive performance reporting
- Fluency in English; French language proficiency is a strong asset for the Canadian market
