Role Overview

Mastercam seeks a Salesforce System Administrator to resolve support cases, manage user access, and ensure system efficiency. The role requires expertise in Salesforce administration and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201); Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) is highly preferred.
• 1 – 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a strong focus on case management and resolution.
