Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Corporate Functions Finance)

Role Overview

The Senior Manager is accountable for all aspects of the Global Compliance & AML annual operating expense budget, forecast updates, and reporting. Working closely with GC&AML senior management, Global Finance, HR, and other business partners, the Senior Manager delivers accurate reports and insights to executives and is trusted to identify efficiencies in reporting and analysis, as well as opportunities for process improvement.

What You Will Do

Analyze financial results for management reporting purposes, lead the maintenance and production of forecasting models and reporting decks, support strong financial discipline, manage month-end cut-off processes and deadlines, and provide timely support to GC&AML management teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset
• 5 to 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or expense management
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to coach a team of financial professionals
• Experience writing executive summaries and presentation decks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and financial reporting software (Anaplan, Hyperion, OPEX, OBI)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines
• A self-driven, highly energetic, team-player attitude
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
