Role Overview

As a Deal Desk Senior Manager, you will own the structuring, pricing, and execution of complex deals across the organization. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, driving deal velocity while protecting margin and ensuring compliance.

What You Will Do

Primary responsibilities include leading end-to-end structuring of complex deals, acting as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, collaborating with Finance and Legal, and tracking and analyzing deal metrics.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related commercial role
• Deep expertise in complex deal structuring within SaaS or enterprise software environments
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606) and financial deal modeling
• Hands-on experience with CRM and CPQ tools (Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, etc.)
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior Sales leadership at the VP and C-suite level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
