Role Overview

Serval is hiring a Sales Enablement Lead to accelerate the productivity of new sellers and the consistency of the sales team. The role involves designing and building a scalable sales skill onboarding and ongoing development program, rolling out a unified sales methodology, and defining leading indicators of seller and team effectiveness.

What You Will Do

Design and build a sales skill onboarding and ongoing development program, roll out and reinforce a unified sales methodology, define and measure leading indicators of seller and team effectiveness, and partner with other teams to ensure timely messaging and training.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach

  • A proactive, resourceful approach
