Role Overview
The Associate Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing multiple customers, providing efficient and scalable support to achieve customer business outcomes. The role will involve promoting the adoption and utilization of ServiceNow products, providing standardized guides and best practices to ensure maximum value to customers.
What You Will Do
Manage multiple customers simultaneously, providing standardized solutions for common issues, understand customer business objectives and plan actions to achieve results, monitor product usage and ensure the latest versions are adopted, and maintain a trusted relationship with customers.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in customer-facing professional services or customer success, experience in pre-sales activities, and basic technical knowledge to address customer technical inquiries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing professional services or customer success
- Experience in pre-sales activities, including customer proposals and technical demonstrations
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously, providing efficient service delivery
- Experience in integrating AI into business processes and decision-making
- Basic technical knowledge to address customer technical inquiries
- Experience in sales, implementation, expansion, and operation of SaaS solutions for global cloud vendors
- ServiceNow certification is welcome
- Proficiency in Japanese
- Authorization to work in Japan
