Sales Enablement Manager

Role Overview

This Sales Enablement Manager role is a strategic orchestration position serving major GTM initiatives across the Upsell and Fintech organization. The role will own enablement strategy across high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, including onboarding content, training sessions, and stakeholder communications.

What You Will Do

The Sales Enablement Manager will initiate, prioritize, and sequence high-priority Upsell initiatives, facilitate enablement planning forums, build and maintain enablement plans, translate product releases into enablement content, and deliver training directly for high-priority initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven enablement experience
• Deep knowledge of the home services industry and ServiceTitan’s product
• Sales or account management experience
• BA/BS degree and 4-6+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong track record building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and sequence competing high-priority initiatives
• Proficiency with CRMs, LMS platforms, eLearning software, and project tracking tools
• Experience in people management or a demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others
