Role Overview

We’re seeking a Business Development Representative who is comfortable meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, and is a serious multi-tasker. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has superb interpersonal skills, and enjoys the art of selling.

What You Will Do

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for making a difference every day by increasing brand awareness and sharing the SERVPRO story. This will be done by overseeing the client database, frequent partner visits, maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
  • A minimum of two years of direct sales experience
  • Strong process and results driven attitude
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred
  • Proven track record with within the service sector
  • Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
