Role Overview
Join our Leadership Development Program (“LDP”) for an 8-week comprehensive learning experience in an Automotive Branch. Gain insight into sales, customer service, finance, and strategic business planning. Upon completion, progress into an Assistant Branch Manager position.
What You Will Do
Support Branch Managers in essential aspects of branch operations, including developing market plans, implementing business strategies, and providing excellent customer service.
