Senior Sales Ops Admin

Role Overview

Manage administrative tasks and tracking across domestic and international proposals, supporting proposal management and Salesforce maintenance. The ideal candidate has strong organizational and technical writing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language.

What You Will Do

Balance multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including administrative support, proposal management, and process improvement. Manage and maintain deal tracking, ensuring records are accurate and audit-ready.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in government proposals or related work
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience with proposal methodologies (e.g. Shipley), compliance matrices, and implementing project management tools and processes
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with demonstrated aptitude for data-driven work
  • Ability to develop and support technical content for RFIs, abstracts, and proposal materials
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ownership, reliability, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of teamwork, professionalism, and maintaining high standards of performance and integrity
