FP&A Business Partner – Commercial Finance

Role Overview

Join the Finance team of Redcare Pharmacy, a fast-growing eCommerce company, and play a key role in shaping how we grow, invest and create sustainable value. As a FP&A Business Partner, you will be close to the heart of commercial decision-making, co-steering the financial performance of one or more countries or business models.

What You Will Do

Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and day-to-day commercial decision-making. Understand the key financial and operational drivers of the business, identify opportunities and risks, and drive improvements in profitability and unit economics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Controlling or Finance Business Partnering, preferably in eCommerce, digital or consumer-oriented businesses.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, profitability and customer/unit economics.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
• AI-first mindset: proactively look for opportunities to leverage AI, automation and new technologies to improve planning, analysis, insights and decision-making.
• Commercial mindset and ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions without authority.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills, including exposure to senior management.
• Ability to independently own the financial steering of a country, business model or comparable business area.
