Role Overview
Join ShopMy, a unicorn company transforming e-commerce by building infrastructure for human-led curation at scale. As a Senior Manager of Sales Enablement, you’ll own the systems, skills, and content that make Brand teams faster and more effective at moving deals forward.
What You Will Do
You’ll build the enablement engine, create sales content, design and run training, coach for performance, and measure what works. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to see around corners and get ahead of issues.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in sales enablement at a high-growth company (ideally B2B SaaS)
- Demonstrated prior impact on sales outcomes
- Adoption-driven instructional design
- Data fluency tied to revenue
- Excellent communicator
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong cross-functional instincts
- Passionate about the creator economy
