People Operations Generalist

Role Overview

The People Operations Generalist will be involved in all aspects of the team member lifecycle, from recruiting to operational tasks and onboarding/off-boarding. The People Team is agile and hands-on, unafraid to roll up their sleeves, and continually evolve and adapt to meet our team member and company needs.

What You Will Do

Support the onboarding and off-boarding experience, coordinate and schedule interviews, communicate with team members, draft internal communications, serve as a point of contact for team member questions and concerns, and assist with the execution of key people initiatives.

• Comfort and proficiency with software and tools, with a strong aptitude and curiosity for learning new systems and exploring new technologies
• Experience with Slack is a significant plus
• A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate strong self-awareness, with the capacity to give and receive feedback constructively
