Role Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned wholesale roaming customers, managing commercial and technical engagements. Own the post-sales relationship for strategic roaming wholesale accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end customer incident and escalation management, conduct regular business reviews, and provide strategic and technical recommendations to maximize the value of roaming products and services.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably in wholesale roaming, customer success, account management, or service delivery
- Experience managing strategic customer accounts and acting as the main point of contact for commercial and technical matters
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with CRM or service management tools is an advantage
