Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Assistant Sales Manager to drive commercial vehicle sales, support regional sales teams, and build strong client relationships across Sri Lanka. The role requires a seasoned sales professional with experience in the motor, leasing, finance, or banking sectors and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
What You Will Do
Assist in leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve regional sales targets, support the planning and execution of sales strategies, and build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Requirements
- Age below 35 years
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales

- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience preparing and presenting sales reports and performance analyses
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, corporate clients, and financial institutions
